Spaces Available To Hire

The spaces within the Anne Biddlecombe Village Hall are hired out over 3 separate sessions each day -
MORNING (8am - 1pm)
AFTERNOON (1pm - 6pm)
EVENING (6pm - 11pm)
Hirers are charged for each session that they require. There are discounted rates for use of the main hall for those from the local area (Tarrant Keyneston, Crawford, Rushton & Rawston). Only one space is on hire at any one time unless there is prior arrangement.
The Anne Biddlecombe Hall (The Main Hall)
This is the main hall within in the venue. It is spacious, has easy access to the kitchen facilities and the hall’s large outside area and play park. This space also has a stage and a projector screen. It’s a great facility for exercise classes, social gatherings and community societies and groups (bouncy castles are not permitted inside the hall). PLEASE DISCLOSE ANY PLANS FOR OUTSIDE BOUNCY CASTLES, USE OF BARS OR OUTSIDE CATERERS.
The venue has available for your use, a total of 100 chairs, 8x 3ft tables, 17x 6ft tables, 32 children’s chairs, 3 children’s tables. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery, cutlery & cooking equipment (including a built in hot water urn).

Wedding Package - 5 sessions to include a session to set up and clear down following the big day. £350
Panel Heating in Main Hall - £1 for 20 minutes (payment meter in the cupboard on staging, £1 and £2 coins accepted).

This room serves as a great meeting space. The space is well lit and has easy access to the kitchen space and toilet facilities.

The Jubilee Room
The Jubilee Room provides a great back stage space for those using the stage. It can be hired to allow actors and musicians somewhere to prepare and store equipment. The room has its own toilet facilities and separate access.
Capacity: 10 - 20 (A very ample backstage area).
